First! Running 7 tickets across two repos right now. The board view is wild once it fills up.
Same here — went from babysitting one terminal to glancing at a column. Game changer.
Question: what's everyone's sweet spot for tickets-in-flight before review starts piling up? I find ~5 is where I can still glance-and-ship without losing the thread.
Depends on the repo, but 4–6 for me too. Past that the review column is the bottleneck, not the agents.
Just shipped my first ticket end-to-end without touching a terminal. Wrote the title, hit Run, glanced at the diff, merged. Still a little shocked it worked.
