Fredrin is a desktop kanban for running many AI-coding tickets in parallel. By using it you agree to these terms. Bring-your-own-subscription is the default, your code and Project Context live in your own repositories, and you are responsible for the work your Workers produce. We provide the board; you stay in control of the code.
You sign in with a magic link and are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Fredrin, and you agree to provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and within your workspace.
Use Fredrin lawfully and don't abuse the service. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform, access other users' workspaces, or use Fredrin to build or ship unlawful, infringing, or harmful software. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
With bring-your-own-subscription, requests to AI providers run under the subscription or API key you supply, and your use of those providers is subject to their terms. Your source code and Project Context files stay in your repositories and worktrees — Fredrin mirrors what it needs to display the board but treats your repo as canonical. You retain all rights to your code; we claim no ownership of it.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
We work to keep Fredrin available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may stop using Fredrin and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms Fredrin or its users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and associated board data may be removed.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Fredrin after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
