Every app in one window
An app in Fredrin is a tab in the project window — the board, the terminal, the notebook, the database client. Pin the ones you use and jump between them with a ⌘-key.
11 available · 1 on Enterprise · 2 in the works — and you can put your name down to build one.
The Fredrin desktop app: one window whose tab bar carries Chat, Tasks and an Apps menu holding the rest, over a Tasks board where every ticket runs its own AI agent.
Apps available today
- ⌘1Chat
Every tab picks what it runs: Claude Code, Codex, a plain shell, or a browser. Split them, quit the app, and the session is still there when you come back.
- ⌘2Tasks
The board. Every ticket gets its own branch, worktree and agent session, and carries its pull request and CI status on the card.
- Automations
A saved prompt on an hourly, daily or weekly schedule. Each due run spawns a fresh ticket and dispatches an agent to it.
- Calendar
The team's own events — a meeting, a launch, a day off — in year, month and day views, with all-day and multi-day ranges.
- Reports
Pick a preset or describe what you want. Your own coding agent reads the repo and the connected data and writes the report.
- Code
Browse, search and edit the repository. The checkout on your machine in the desktop app; the GitHub repo, read-only, in a browser.
- Memory
The project's decision log and concept wiki, committed to the repo — what was decided, why, and what it changed.
- Local Serversdesktop
Analyse the repo once, get the commands that actually run it, then start each dev server in its own terminal pane.
- Databasedesktop
Postgres, MySQL and SQLite connections. Browse tables, page through records, edit inline. Credentials never leave the machine.
- Notes
An Obsidian-style project notebook: a folder tree you arrange yourself, a markdown editor, [[wikilinks]] and search.
- Community
Public boards for asking questions and for showing what you shipped. Read without an account; post with GitHub.
- Vercelenterprise
Link a repo to its Vercel project, read the deployments attributed to the tickets that produced them, and manage environment variables.
Chat and Tasks are always ⌘1 and ⌘2. ⌘3 – ⌘9 follow the apps you pin, in this order.
What's next
More apps, continuously
Fredrin ships app work every week, and the list above keeps growing. These are already in the tree and not yet switched on:
- Insights
What the fleet costs per shipped ticket, and the ranked list of runs that burned tokens without shipping anything.
- Context
A project information hub — infrastructure, conventions, links — kept as sections you edit directly or curate by chat.
Fredrin App Creators
Want to build an app for Fredrin?
We're opening app development up to the people already living in the product. Put your email down and we'll bring you in when the creator program opens.
An early list, not a launch: there’s no app store and no install path yet. One email when there’s something real to show, and nothing else.
