Affiliate terms

1. Joining the program

You apply from your Fredrin account and Fredrin decides whether to accept you. You can hold one affiliate account. If your application is not approved, you can apply again 30 days after the decision. These terms sit alongside the terms of service, which still apply to your account.

2. Referrals

A referral is a new Fredrin account that signs up within 60 days of clicking your affiliate link. If the person clicked more than one affiliate link, the most recent click counts. An account can only be referred once, and only at signup; an existing account cannot be referred. Referred workspaces get 20% off their first 3 months of a paid plan.

3. Commission

You earn 30% of each paid invoice from a workspace you referred, calculated on the amount actually paid after discounts, rounded down to the cent. Fredrin may agree a different rate with you in writing.

4. The commission window

Commission is earned for 12 months from the referred workspace's first paid invoice. Invoices paid after that window earn nothing, even if the workspace keeps paying.

5. The hold and payouts

Each commission is held for 30 days after the invoice is paid, so refunds and disputes can settle. After the hold it joins your balance. Balances are paid monthly through Stripe to the payout account you connect; a balance under $50 rolls over to the next month. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn and for giving the payment provider accurate details.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment you earned commission on is refunded, charged back or disputed, that commission is reversed. If it has already been paid out, the amount is taken off your future payouts.

7. What is not allowed

• Referring yourself, an account you control, or a workspace you belong to. Self-referrals earn nothing.
• Bidding on "Fredrin" or any misspelling of it in paid search, or running ads that use the Fredrin name or logo, without written permission.
• Spam, misleading claims about Fredrin or its pricing, or presenting yourself as Fredrin.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks or any other way of creating clicks nobody chose.

8. Suspension and termination

Fredrin may suspend or close your affiliate account at any time, including when it believes you have broken these terms. Commission from activity that breaks these terms is forfeited. While suspended, your link earns nothing. You can leave the program at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or the program's rates. Changes apply from the date they are published here and do not reduce commission already earned.
