Open role
Growth hacker
Fredrin is a desktop kanban that runs many AI coding agents in parallel. We're looking for a growth hacker to own how developers discover it — someone who treats acquisition as an engineering problem and ships experiments every week.
Remote
What you'll do
- Own the growth experiment pipeline end to end — ideate, ship, measure, and kill or scale bets across channels.
- Grow the invite funnel: landing pages, comparison and SEO content, launch moments, and community presence.
- Instrument everything — define the metrics that matter, watch them honestly, and let the numbers pick the winners.
- Work directly with the founders to turn what you learn into product and positioning changes.
What we're looking for
- A track record of measurable growth work for a developer tool or another technical product.
- Comfortable across the whole growth stack — copy, analytics, a little code — with the judgment to know which lever to pull.
- You write clearly and fast; most of our growth surface is words.
- Self-directed: you can run a week of experiments without anyone assigning them.
How we work
- Small team, high trust — you work directly with the founders and own whole problems, not tickets.
- We use Fredrin to build Fredrin: most changes ship through the same agent-driven flow we sell.
- Written-first communication, few meetings, and a bias for shipping something real every week.
Where you'll work
Every role at Fredrin is fully remote. We work async-first across time zones, with a written culture that cares about what you ship, not where you sit.
